Get ready to plant a vegetable garden this spring. This month you can pick out your site and go ahead and till the ground so that it will be prepared for your first plants. Many old-timers planted their potatoes on Good Friday. A good time to plant your cold weather crops such as cabbage and broccoli is in March and beginning of April. Also consider planting lettuce and onions now too.
